Datasite Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Technology Excellence

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – August 20, 2026 – Datasite has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Domain Specific AI Platform of the Year category, recognizing the company’s expanding AI-enabled platform for private market dealmaking.

The Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence celebrate the accomplishments of individuals, teams and organizations shaping the future of technology across industry sectors. More than 700 nominations from organizations in 37 nations and territories were submitted for consideration this year, with more than 180 professionals worldwide participating in the judging process.

A milestone for Datasite’s integrated dealmaking platform

The Silver Stevie® marks the first award for the combined Datasite, Grata and Blueflame AI offering and recognizes the integration of private market intelligence, agentic AI and transaction technology into a unified platform designed to support dealmakers across the investment lifecycle.

Recent strategic acquisitions of Grata and Blueflame AI have expanded Datasite’s platform with private market intelligence, advanced AI capabilities and purpose-built workflows. Together, these capabilities help deal teams source opportunities, evaluate targets, execute transactions and make decisions within a connected, secure environment.

“This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is the first Stevie Award for the combined Datasite, Grata and Blueflame AI offering,” said Andrew Bocskocsky, Executive Vice President, Private Markets Intelligence at Datasite. “It reflects Datasite’s evolution into essential infrastructure for M&A. By connecting private market intelligence, AI and transaction technology, we’re helping dealmakers move from sourcing and evaluation to execution with greater speed, context and confidence.”

The recognition builds on Datasite’s continued investment in technology that supports dealmakers throughout the M&A lifecycle. Datasite’s product portfolio spans sell-side virtual data rooms, buy-side intelligence through Grata, agentic AI applications through Blueflame AI, board meeting and governance management through Sherpany, and an open data infrastructure layer. Together, these capabilities position Datasite as a connected platform for the full dealmaking lifecycle, from opportunity identification through transaction execution and governance.

“We congratulate all of the winners in the third annual Stevie® Awards for Technology Excellence for their outstanding achievements,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. “Their innovations are helping shape the future of technology across every industry.”

Datasite is frequently recognized for its innovation. Earlier this year, it received the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award from the Business Intelligence Group, a 2026 Stevie® Award in The American Business Awards®, and a 2026 TrustRadius Top Rated Award, reflecting Datasite’s commitment to helping dealmakers accelerate transactions, uncover critical insights, and make smarter decisions through AI-powered technology.
