How long before I see my CRM data in Grata?
The integration takes only a few minutes. All that’s required is to select which fields you want to appear in Grata. Once the initial setup is complete, you’ll be able to see your data within a few minutes.
Grata also has in-house staff to walk you through customizing your integration, helping you align CRM workflows with your sourcing strategy so that the right data flows to the right places—automatically.
Can I push data from Grata to my CRM?
Yes! CRM Intel is a bi-directional integration. You can easily export your saved Grata lists, tables, conferences, searches, etc. to your CRM.
Is my CRM data viewable by others?
As a SOC2 compliant vendor, Grata values keeping your proprietary data safe. Your CRM Intel data will only be viewable by the users on your account. No other accounts will be able to see your data. It’s stored in our database behind several layers of firewall in an extremely secure database. Additionally, the access tokens to your data are encrypted.
My CRM is not supported by Grata’s integration. How do I request that it be added?
If you use a CRM that is not supported by CRM Intel, please email your Customer Success Manager. Your feedback will be documented and relayed to our product team.
